PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus capable of executing positioning and the like of a C-shaped arm by rotating only an X-ray image displayed on a display part of a body.SOLUTION: A control part 60 comprises an image processing part 61 for executing image processing of various parts. The image processing part 61 comprises an X-ray image display part 62 for generating image signals of X-ray images which are displayed on a display part 10 provided in a body of an imaging part and a display part 17 in a monitor carriage. The image processing part 61 also comprises an image rotation part 63 for rotating the image displayed on the display part 10 provided in the body of the imaging part.
