The present invention relates to a hydrogen peroxide aerosol equipment (HPAE) unit having a humidity responsive spray control device attached thereto. More specifically, the HPAE unit, which includes a spray control device for controlling the hydrogen peroxide aerosol spraying operation, includes: a fog generation apparatus including a hydrogen peroxide solution storage and supply unit for storing and supplying a hydrogen peroxide solution, an air supply unit for supplying the pressurized air by drawing in the air, and a spray device unit which is connected to the air supply unit to receive the pressurized air and the hydrogen peroxide solution to spray the hydrogen peroxide solution as the aerosol in a dry fog form through a spray nozzle; and the humidity responsive spray control device which is connected to the fog generation apparatus and controls the operation of the fog generation apparatus intermittently by preventing the fog generation apparatus from continuously spraying the hydrogen peroxide aerosol while being in a supersaturated humidity state in a sterilization space. The HPAE unit having the humidity responsive spray control device attached thereto can repeat spraying periods for spraying the hydrogen peroxide aerosol and idle periods for stopping the hydrogen peroxide aerosol spraying operation to maintain the hydrogen peroxide concentration rate in a predetermined humidity section less than 100% for preventing condensation in an environment while maintaining sterilization effects in a fundamental manner.
