SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a detection means for detecting oxygen saturation information in tissues of a subject over time and noninvasively when the subject bears to breath for a predetermined time a plot means 41 for plotting the oxygen saturation information in chronological order ON single-logarithmic coordinates a creation means 42 for creating a straight line that linearly approximates plotted points a time information acquisition means 43 for acquiring information ON a half time that is needed until a half value of arbitrary points ON the straight line is obtained and a calculation means 44 for calculating a tissue blood flow volume using a halved time.
