PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine effective for lessening fatigue of a worker working while holding an operation pole by suppressing vibration of a rotary tool acting as a vibration source as far as possible, thereby decreasing vibration transmitted to the operation pole.SOLUTION: There is provided a work machine 10 provided with a tool unit 30 having a rotary tool 36 attached to a tip end of a hollow operation pole 11, and a driving shaft 14 inserted into the operation pole 11 and connected its one end to a motor 20 mounted at a base end and the other end to the rotary tool 36.
