PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement system capable of preventing information from being leaked to people around the system and of downsizing a blood sugar meter.SOLUTION: The measurement system 10 includes: a blood sugar meter 14 for measuring a blood glucose level； and a housing case 12 for storing at least the blood sugar meter 14. The housing case 12 includes: a directional speaker 28 which outputs a sound directed toward a user when the housing case 12 is arranged in a predetermined direction with respect to the user； and a communication section 114 for communicating with a communication section 106 disposed on the blood sugar meter 14.
