The coating layer part 20 covers the granular core part 10. The coating layer part 20 has a coating layer 22 (the first layer), a coating layer 24 (the second layer), and a coating layer 26 (the third layer). The coating layer 22 is provided so as to cover the granular core part 10, the coating layer 24 is provided so as to cover the coating layer 22, and the coating layer 26 is provided so as to cover the coating layer 24. The coating layer 22 and the coating layer 26 do not contain an adhesive material.
