Erfindungsgemäß umfasst die Vorrichtung (6) mindestens eine an einer Bienenkönigin (4) anordbare oder angeordnete Identifikationseinheit (5), eine Ausleseeinheit (7) zum Auslesen der mindestens einen Identifikationseinheit (5), wobei die Ausleseeinheit (7) oder zumindest eine Antenneneinheit (8) der Ausleseeinheit (7) an der Flugöffnung (2) anordbar oder angeordnet ist, und eine Betätigungseinheit (12) zum Betätigen des Verschlusselementes (11), welche insbesondere mit der Ausleseeinheit (7) gekoppelt ist.
