PURPOSE: A hand piece device combined with a laser resonator is provided to remove a transmission loss of laser beams by not using an optical fiber which connects the laser resonator to a hand piece. CONSTITUTION: A laser resonator(20) generates laser beams. A lens(33) collects the laser beams transmitted from the resonator. A hand piece radiates the laser beams from the laser resonator to the outside. A connection member(40) includes joint arms(41,43) which connect the laser resonator to the hand piece to control an angle of the hand piece with regard to the laser resonator.본 발명은 의료용 레이저 장치에 사용되는 핸드피스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 레이저 공진기와 핸드피스를 연결하던 광파이버를 제거하면서 연결부재를 통해 레이저 공진기를 직접 핸드피스에 연결한 레이저 공진기 결합형 핸드피스 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 레이저 공진기 결합형 핸드피스 장치는 레이저빔을 생성하는 레이저 공진기； 상기 레이저 공진기에서 전송되는 레이저빔을 외부로 조사하고, 사용자가 파지하는 핸드피스； 상기 레이저 공진기에 대한 상기 핸드피스의 각도 조절이 가능하도록 상기 레이저 공진기와 상기 핸드피스를 연결하는 관절암을 갖는 연결부재；를 포함하여 이루어진다.
