The pressure of water in the pressure vessel can be increased through the pressurizing device, and a control switch is turned on to enable the water to be sprayed from the sprayer of a spray lance, so that the teeth or the oral cavity can be cleaned visually, and the cleaning process can be shot and photographed in real time. By adopting a detachable design mode for the visual oral irrigator of the invention, both the sprayer and a water tank can be conveniently removed and then cleaned, so that the using process is more sanitary and convenient.
