Specifically, the present invention provides Nanobodies for human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (Her2 / ERBB2). The present invention discloses such Nanobodies and gene sequences encoding the Nanobodies, corresponding expression carriers and host cells capable of expressing the Nanobodies, and methods for producing the Nanobodies of the present invention and related uses thereof.
