PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplant instrument that reduces a burden on an operator.SOLUTION: A transplant instrument comprises: a pair of beaks 2a, 2b provided at the tip an operation pipe 3 for opening and closing the pair of beaks 2a, 2b and a slide bush 4 holding the operation pipe 3 in an insertable manner. The operation pipe 3 and one beak 2b are connected through a link mechanism 10, and the slide bush 4 and the other beak 2a are connected through a support plate 2c.
