A puncturing device for puncturing a tissue, the device comprising: an elongated body extending between a puncturing end and a connecting end, the puncturing end being designed to puncture the tissue, a suture thread being securable to the elongated body, the elongated body comprising one of a lumen and a recess extending along at least a portion thereof, the one of the lumen and the recess lumen being designed for receiving a mechanical waveguide therein, the mechanical waveguide being configured for propagating mechanical waves therealong in order to be propagated up to the tissue.L'invention porte sur un dispositif de perforation pour perforer un tissu, le dispositif comprenant : un corps allongé s'étendant entre une extrémité de perforation et une extrémité de raccordement, l'extrémité de perforation étant conçue pour perforer le tissu, un fil de suture pouvant être fixé au corps allongé, le corps allongé comprenant un élément choisi parmi une lumière et un évidement s'étendant le long d'au moins une partie de ce dernier, l'élément choisi parmi la lumière et la lumière d'évidement étant conçu pour recevoir un guide d'ondes mécaniques, le guide d'ondes mécaniques étant conçu pour propager des ondes mécaniques le long de ce dernier afin d'atteindre le tissu.
