In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the orthopedic anchor and the surgical tool integrated with an anchor fastening member may be used such that, when the anchor fastening member (200) is simultaneously pushed and rotated during surgery, branched projection leading ends (221) of the anchor fastening part (220), which are protruding from and coupled through the through holes (130) on both sides of the leading end of the anchor body (110), surround the outer surface of the leading end of the anchor (100) while perforating bone tissues to screw the anchor (100) therein, thus protecting the projection leading ends (221) and the anchor (100) from damage.
