PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch that secures a wide storage space for storing a content and can be opened quickly even after being warmed by a microwave oven.SOLUTION: In a pouch 1, a non-sealing part 60 separated from a storage space 2 by a side sealing part 51 is arranged near an upper side of the pouch 1. The non-sealing part 60 reaches a side edge of a laminated film 30 and is opened 61. The side sealing part 51 has an expanding part 55 which expands toward the storage space 2 more than the other part of the side sealing part 51 so as to surround at least part of the non-sealing part 60. The expanding part 55 includes a corner region 55g protruding toward the storage space 2 at a position closer to a lower sealing part 57 than to an upper sealing part 56.
