The medication supplying apparatus has a construction provided with a first rotating member 23 rotating around a first rotating axis 24 as a center, a second rotating member 35 rotating around a second rotating axis as a center, a separating wall 18 extending from the second rotating member 35 to the first rotating member 23, a medication discharging port 73 provided outside the second rotating member 35, a medication guiding portion 65 positioned at the downstream side of a medication transferring direction form a moving portion 37, and a height regulating member 41 disposed between the moving portion 37 and the medication guiding portion 65. The apparatus is further provided with a width regulating member 52 disposed between the medication guiding portion 65 and the height regulating member 41. The medication counting apparatus is provided with medication detecting means 70 for detecting medication supplied from the medication discharging port 73 and counting means (central controlling portion 83) for counting medication number based on detection by the medication detecting means 70.本發明之藥劑供給裝置構成為包括：第1旋轉體23，其以第1旋轉軸24為中心進行旋轉；第2旋轉體35，其以第2旋轉軸為中心進行旋轉；間隔壁18，其自第2旋轉體35延伸至第1旋轉體23；藥劑排出口73，其設置於第2旋轉體35之外側；藥劑導引部65，其較移動部37更位於藥劑輸送方向下游側；及高度規制體41，其配設於移動部37與藥劑導引部65之間。又，構成為更包括配設於藥劑導引部65與高度規制體41之間之寬度規制體52。而且，本發明之藥劑計數裝置進而設置有：藥劑檢測機構70，其檢測自藥劑排出口73供給之藥劑；及計數機構(中央控制部83)，其根據藥劑檢測機構70之檢測對藥劑數進行計數。
