To provide a shoulder stiffness preventing tool reducing a weight of both the arms put ON the shoulders by a deltoid muscle holder and a stretching band fitting to a figure and effective for preventing stiffness of the right and left shoulders.
SOLUTION: This shoulder stiffness preventing tool is obtained by individually setting deltoid muscle holders 2 which cover the right and left deltoid muscles, extending a stretching band end each from the front, middle and back ends of each of the deltoid muscle holders, forming a stretching band 11 so as to settle near the seventh cervical vertebra as one of the cervical vertebrae, and forming the stretching band in one or at least 2 divided bands and adjustable in length at one end of the deltoid muscle holder. Furthermore, the tool is provided with a joint member which has an armpit protecting body which prevents pressure to artery, vein, and nerves of the armpit ON the lower end of the deltoid muscle holder, a fixture 10 which fixes the deltoid muscle holder to the arm and a sheet face material to which the armpit protecting body and the fixture are fixed.
