PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological material which has excellent bone-binding capability and speedily regenerates bone tissue, and also to provide a method for producing a biological material which has excellent bone-binding capability and speedily regenerates bone tissue.
SOLUTION: The biological material contains a polymer and ceramic powder. The ceramic powder that locates on the surface of the biological material corresponds to 3 mass percents or more of total mass of the polymer and the ceramic powder that locate on the surface of the biological material. The method for producing a biological material is characterized by that the polymer and the ceramic powder are molded together and immersed in an etching liquid.
