Der Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft eine Trainingsvorrichtung 10 zum trainierenden Stimulieren von Nervenzellenenden umfassend, ein Gehäuse 11, wobei das Gehäuse 11 zumindest einen ersten Gehäuseabschnitt 12 aufweist sowie mehrere Stimulatoren 20 zum Stimulieren von physionomietypischen Nervenarealabschnitten. Zumindest am ersten Gehäuseabschnitt 12 des Gehäuses 11 sind mehrere Stimulatoren 20 systematisch angeordnet, sodass die mehrere Stimulatoren 20 im Trainingszustand auf deren jeweils zugeordneten Nervenzellenenden einwirken.
