The present invention relates to a linear silicone valve trocar for maintaining hermeticity by being inserted into a valve base inside a sleeve constituting a trocar used in a surgical operation, and a sleeve using the same. The linear silicone value comprises: a pair of linear ribs which have an open and close unit by being in contact with each other in a vertical direction； a slope membrane having a u-shaped surface under the rib； a variable cylinder unit which is continued at a side end and a lower end of the slope membrane and having a cylinder shape； a sealed cylinder unit having a thicker thickness than the variable cylinder unit by being stepped to an outer direction at a lower end of the variable cylinder unit； and a fixed groove unit protruding from the lower end of the sealed cylinder unit to the outside and in which an insertion groove is formed. A guide rib is protruded from the inner surface of the slope membrane to a vertical direction. A reinforced part is included on both end units, in which the linear ribs are connected, in a perpendicular direction of the linear rib.본 발명은 외과 수술시 사용되는 트로카를 구성하는 슬리브 내부의 밸브 베이스에 삽입되어 기밀성을 유지시키기 위한 일자 실리콘 밸브 및 이에 의한 슬리브에 관한 것으로서, 상기 일자 실리콘 밸브는 길이방향으로 서로 접하면서 개폐부를 형성하는 한 쌍의 일자 립과, 상기 립의 하부에 U형상의 평면을 가지는 경사막과, 상기 경사막의 측단 및 하단에 연속되면서 원통형상을 가지는 가변원통부와, 상기 가변원통부의 하단에서 외향으로 단차져 가변원통부보다 두꺼운 두께를 가지는 기밀원통부 및, 상기 기밀원통부의 하단에서 외향으로 돌출되면서 삽입홈이 형성된 고정홈부로 이루어지되, 상기 경사막의 내면에는 상하 방향으로 가이드 리브가 돌출되도록 구비되고, 상기 한 쌍의 일자 립이 연결되는 양 단부에는 일자 립의 직각방향으로 보강덧살이 구비되는 것을 특징한다.
