This inven\u00c7\u00c3o presents co crystals of glicopirr\u00d3nio bromide with lactose. The glicopirr\u00d3nio bromide and lactose in the new co crystals are present in a proportion estequiom\u00c9trica about 1: 2 to 2: 1. The crystals are characterized by XRD and DSC. Also processes are presented to prepare the new co crystals.It is also described the use as a medicine of the co crystals, particularly for the treatment of complaints respirat\u00d3rias as obstructive chronic pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis and asthma.
