A magnetic anastomosis ring comprises an upper magnetic ring (2), a lower magnetic ring (3), an upper stop ring (1), and a lower stop ring (4). The end surface of the lower magnetic ring (3) can be adsorbed together with the end surface of the upper magnetic ring (2). The upper stop ring (1) and the lower stop ring (4) can be combined to define an annular space, and the lower magnetic ring (3) and the upper magnetic ring (2) can be accommodated in the annular space.
