The automatic injection system comprises: a main body an automatic injector handpiece which is connected to one side of the main body, and operates a syringe to inject a drug into the skin through a syringe needle connected to the syringe and a cooler handpiece which is connected to the other side of the main body, and is used to cool the skin before or after the drug is injected into the skin using the automatic injector handpiece.
