PURPOSE: A formulation device and an effective microorganism-supported natural hydrogel formulation are provided to prevent decomposition in an acidic condition and to stably deliver the effective microorganism into small and large intestines. CONSTITUTION: An effective microorganism-supported natural hydrogel formualtion device(100) comprises: a mixture unit(110) for mixing the effective microorganism of liquid phase and natural hydrogel； a crosslinking unit having a crosslinking chamber(121) containing crosslinking liquid inside, a spray unit(122) for spraying natural hydrogel, and a stirring unit(123)； a washing unit(130) for filtering the natural hydrogel and washing； and a drying unit(140) for drying the natural hydrogel.본 발명은 제형화 장치, 방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 유용미생물이 담지된 천연 하이드로겔 제형에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 본 발명은 유용미생물의 효과를 극대화할 수 있도록 낮은 pH 조건에서는 내산성을 가지며, 생산성을 더욱 높일 수 있는 제형화 장치, 방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 유용미생물이 담지된 천연 하이드로겔 제형에 관한 것이다.
