Provided is a tablet comprising N-{ 3-[3-cyclopropyl-5-(2-fluoro-4-iodophenylamino)-6,8-dimethyl-2,4 J-trioxo-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-1-yl]phenyl} acetamide dimethyl sulfoxide solvate. In one embodiment the tablet comprises about 0.5mg, about 1mg or about 2mg of the active compound. Further provided is a process for preparing the tablets. The active compound is a MEK inhibitor and is an anticancer agent.
