In a step 260, whether an abnormality occurred in the apparatus or not is determined. In a step 270, whether the abnormality announcement stopping period was terminated or not is determined. In a step 280, a stopping time display lamp 33 is turned off to return the state to a normal state as the abnormality announcement stopping period was terminated, and the memory of the set abnormality announcement stopping period is cleared to terminate the abnormality announcement stopping control. In a step 290, whether the abnormality was caused by the leakage of a humidifier or not is determined.
