PURPOSE: A non-woven fabric containing coated or impregnated composition for preventing skin rash is provided to remove ammonia odor and to prevent skin rash. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric for preventing skin rash contains a composition containing 35-48 wt% of ginkgo extract, 38-63 wt% of Acorus calamus var. extract, and 2-14 wt% of lacquer extract. The non-woven fabric has an antibacterial effect or ammonia deodorization effect. The composition additionally contains (-)epigallocatechin-3-gallate and Houttuynia cordata extract. (-)epigallocatechin-3-gallate is isolated from green tea extract. The Houttuynia cordata extract is prepared using water, anhydrous or hydrous low carbon number alcohol(methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol), a mixture solvent of the low carbon number alcohol and water, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform or 1,3-butylene glycol.본 발명은 (a) 은행 추출물, (b) 창포 추출물 및 (c) 옻나무 추출물을 포함하는 피부 발진 방지용 조성물로 피막 또는 함침 되어 형성된 피부 발진 방지용 부직포(non-woven fabrics)를 제공한다. 본 발명의 부직포에는 (a) 은행 추출물, (b) 창포 추출물 및 (c) 옻나무 추출물을 포함하는 피부 발진 방지용 조성물로 피막 또는 함침 되어 있어, 우수한 항균 효과 및 암모니아 탈취 효과를 가진다. 상기 항균 효과 및 암모니아 탈취 효과로 인해 기저귀 안쪽의 고온 다습 조건으로 인한 유해 세균 증식으로써 나타나는 아기 피부 발진을 예방 또는 방지할 수 있다. 그리고, 본 발명의 부직포에 이용되는 피부 발진 방지용 조성물은 천연 물질(natural source)로서 무자극 및 무독성이다.
