The present invention relates to: an indole derivative, which is a novel cell mitosis inhibitor； a stereoisomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； a use thereof as a therapeutic agent； a composition containing the same and a treatment method using the composition； and a preparation method therefor. According to the present invention, the indole derivative, the stereoisomer thereof or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, inhibits the tubulin polymerization during mitosis so as to induce apoptosis, and has an excellent anti-cancer effect also in cancer cells having multiple drug resistance.La présente invention décrit : un dérivé indole, qui est un nouvel inhibiteur de la mitose cellulaire ； son stéréoisomère ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable ； son utilisation comme agent thérapeutique ； une composition contenant ce dernier et un procédé de traitement utilisant la composition ； et son procédé de préparation. Selon la présente invention, le dérivé indole, son stéréoisomère ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, inhibe la polymérisation de la tubuline durant la mitose afin d'induire l'apoptose, et présente un excellent effet anticancéreux également dans les cellules cancéreuses présentant une résistance multiple aux médicaments.본 발명은 신규한 세포 유사분열 저해제인 인돌 유도체, 이의 입체이성질체 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염, 치료용 약제를 위한 이의 용도, 이를 함유하는 조성물과 상기 조성물을 이용한 치료방법 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인돌 유도체, 이의 입체이성질체 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염은 유사분열 과정에서 튜불린의 중합을 저해하여 세포자살을 유도하며, 다제약 내성을 보이는 암세포에도 항암 효과가 우수하다.
