A nutritional product comprising a fatty system, wherein the fatty system comprises at least 10% by weight of a fatty acid component and at least 10% by weight of monoglycerides containing fatty acids, and wherein the nutritional product is selected from a liquid or a reconstitutable powder in a nutritional liquid, wherein the fatty acid component is selected from free fatty acids, salts of fatty acids and one of their combinations and the fatty acid component is obtained from a source of oil or fat containing a total of less than about 20% by weight of palmitic acid, stearic acid, myristic acid, or combinations thereof, where at least 70% of the fatty acids in the monoglycerides containing fatty acids are in the Sn-1 position.Un producto nutricional que comprende un sistema graso, en donde el sistema graso comprende al menos 10% en peso de un componente ácido graso y al menos 10% en peso de monoglicéridos que contienen ácidos grasos, yen donde el producto nutricional se selecciona entre un líquido nutricional o un polvo reconstituible en un líquido nutricional, en donde el componente ácido graso se selecciona entre ácidos grasos libres, sales de ácidos grasos y una de sus combinaciones y el componente ácido graso se obtiene de una fuente de aceite o grasa que contiene un total de menos de aproximadamente 20% en peso de ácido palmítico, ácido esteárico, ácido mirístico, o combinaciones de los mismos, donde al menos 70% de los ácidos grasos en los monoglicéridos que contienen ácidos grasos se encuentran en la posición Sn-1.
