PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smothered egg seasoned with wildflowers which can be eaten anywhere.SOLUTION: A kiln is built, and a large amount of wildflowers is put in the kiln and naturally fermented with geothermal heat. When the temperature in the kiln reaches 20°C, eggs are put in the kiln and placed therein for 5 days, whereby preferably seasoned smothered eggs can be obtained.
