PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of Sunsik is provided to produce an easily digestible brown rice that is capable of controlling chronic diseases. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Sunsik comprises the following steps. Add water to the Sunsik powder containing 20-40 wt% of roasted brown rice. Inject Bifidobacterium longum or yeast to the Sunsik powder, add water, and ferment at 25-35°;C for 30-50 hours. Freeze dry the fermented material. During the fermentation, add skimmed milk powder. A fermented Sunsik product contains 5-10 wt% of the fermented Sunsik powder.
