PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing organic contaminants on artificial dental roots using an excimer lamp which emits ultraviolet light and having a structure by which dental roots can be cleaned efficiently and safely with ultraviolet light without irradiating an operator with the ultraviolet light from the excimer lamp and without being concerned with adverse influence of generated ozone.SOLUTION: The device is characterized in that an opening for emitting radiation light outside is formed on the casing in which the excimer lamp is housed, and an irradiation block is detachably attached to the opening. The irradiation block comprises an ultraviolet light transmissive material having a light incidence section facing the excimer lamp and a light emission section facing the artificial dental roots.
