The present invention relates to an ultrasound probe disinfection cover enclosing an ultrasound probe. More specifically, the present invention relates to an ultrasound probe disinfection cover and a method for packing a disinfection cover, wherein an ultrasound probe can be easily enclosed while being disinfected without being contaminated even by hands which are not disinfected. Accordingly, the ultrasound probe disinfection cover of the present invention comprises: an accommodating unit equipped with a fixing member to enclose and fix the head of an ultrasound probe； an auxiliary accommodating unit extended from the accommodating unit and enclosing the body of the ultrasound probe and a cable connected with the ultrasound probe； a handle connected with the auxiliary accommodating unit and having a hollow penetrating unit formed therein, wherein the handle can be gripped with a hand； and a protective cover sealing the inside thereof by being adhered along the bottom end edge of the handle so that the bottom end penetration unit of the handle can be sealed.
