Provided are fusion proteins containing cytokines and novel CD47 antibodies or immunologically active fragments thereof, as well as pharmaceutical composition containing such fusion proteins that can be used for treatment of diseases mediated by CD47 or inhibition of phagocytosis or platelet aggregation. These fused proteins have low immunogenicity in humans and cause low or no level of red blood cell depletion or hemagglutination.
