The present invention relates to an immunoglobulin that specifically binds to MMP13, and more particularly to a polypeptide, a nucleic acid encoding the polypeptide, a method for preparing the polypeptide, for the prophylactic, therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. It relates to a composition, in particular a pharmaceutical composition, comprising one polypeptide.
