PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a successive clipping device capable of more accurately transmitting the momentum of an operation wire in the operation part on this side of a sheath to the leading end part of the operation wire at the leading end part of the long sheath to accurately perform the preparation of a subsequent clip after the previous clip is used and enhanced in operability and accuracy.
SOLUTION: The successive clipping device includes a clip row composed of a plurality of the connected clips and a connection member, the sheath loaded with the clip row, the operation wire arranged in the sheath in a movable manner and connected to the connection member at its leading end in a detachable manner to draw the clip row, a plurality of spacers for holding the center axis of the sheath and the center axis of the operation wire on the same axis, and the operation part provided on the base end side of the sheath to operate the operation wire so as to advance and retract the same with respect to the sheath and the interval between the inner surface of the sheath and the outer surface of the operation wire is kept constant by the spacers.
