PURPOSE: An apparatus for fracturing and defrosting frozen products is provided to be able to automatically and rapidly crush and melt frozen products, and to continuously provide liquid state of products to the succeeding process.CONSTITUTION: A crusher (12) crushes input solid chunk products. A hot water supply unit circulates relatively hot water. A tube jacket applies heat of the hot water of the hot water supply part to the products crushed and discharged from the crusher and to melt. A crushing knife (20) has multiple disc main bodies (23) with a constant width assembled to one rotary shaft (21). A blade (25) is assembled with each disk body. Each disk body is formed with a blade assemblage groove (231) for fixing a blade, and a bolt fixation groove (233) within the blade assemblage groove. The blade is assembled in the blade assemblage groove by fixing a bolt (27) to the bolt fixation groove by penetrating into a bolt insertion hole of the blade.
