PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging apparatus which can photograph X-ray images by X rays of different energies by effectively utilizing the variation of the energy of an X ray under one radiation of the X ray.SOLUTION: The X-ray imaging apparatus is constituted as follows. A photographing section 21 can continuously photograph the X ray image expressed by the radiated X ray by a plurality of times. By controlling the photographing section, the photographing of X ray images is performed respectively individually in at least two periods of a rising period T1, a photographing energy period T2, and a falling period T3. In this case, in the rising period, the X ray when the radiation by the X ray is performed one time rises to a photographing energy in response to a tube voltage determined as the exposure condition. In the photographing energy period, the X ray is maintained at the photographing energy.
