VCAM-1 VCAM-1 Compositon for regulating migration of hematopoietic stem cell comprising expression inhibitors of VCAM-1 gene or activity inhibitors of VCAM-1 protein
The present invention relates to a composition containing an inhibitor of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) gene expression or inhibitor of activities of VACM-1 protein. According to the present invention, the inhibitor of VCAM-1 gene expression or the inhibitor of activities of VCAM-1 protein promotes movement of hematopoietic stem cells from marrow to peripheral blood circulation and peripheral tissues while inhibiting cell adhesion among basal cells and hematopoietic stem cells, thereby preventing reduction of immune cells. Further, acquisition of hematopoietic stem cells becomes easy, and thus the inhibitor of the present invention can be applied to treat blood-derived diseases requiring hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.본 발명은 VCAM-1 유전자의 발현 억제제 또는 VCAM-1 단백질의 활성 억제제를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 VCAM-1 유전자의 발현 억제제 또는 VCAM-1 단백질의 활성 억제제는 조혈모세포의 골수로부터 말초 혈류 및 말초 조직으로의 이동을 촉진하고 동시에 기질세포와 조혈모세포 간의 세포부착을 억제함으로써 면역세포 감소증을 억제시킬 수 있다. 더 나아가 조혈모세포의 수득이 용이해지므로 조혈모세포 이식이 필요한 혈액유래질병의 치료에도 활용할 수 있다.
