A method for manufacturing fermented roughage for domestic animals by using waste mushroom medium as a main material is provided to improve the utilization of nutrients in ruminants' bodies by inoculating a microorganism culture solution to a waste mushroom medium and fermenting it anaerobically. A method for manufacturing fermented roughage for domestic animals comprises the following steps of: collecting waste mushroom medium and removing foreign materials； cultivating Enterobacter ludwigii(KACC91341P), Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus cereus in a culture medium； inoculating 0.25-1% of first cultivated materials to the waste mushroom medium on a total weight basis； cultivating lactobacillus and yeast in another culture medium； mixing 0.25-1% of the second cultivated material with the waste mushroom medium mixture on a total weight basis； sealing the microorganism-inoculated waste medium for 5 days； and adding milling by-products, industrial by-products, clay mineral substances, fruit by-products, molasses, straw or hay.본 발명은 버섯부산물(폐배지)을 주원료로 이용한 가축용 발효조사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 a) 버섯폐배지를 수거하고 이물질을 제거하는 단계； b) 엔테로박터 루드위기 KU201-3(Enterobacter ludwigii)(KACC91341P), 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) 및 바실러스 세레우스(Bacillus cereus)를 배양배지에 배양하는 단계； c) 상기 a) 단계에서 이물질이 제거된 버섯폐배지에 상기 b)단계에서 배양된 배양물을 전체 중량 대비 0.25% 내지 1%로 혼합하는 단계； d) 상기 혼합물에 도정부산물, 산업부산물, 점토광물질, 과일부산물 및 짚류를 첨가하는 단계； e) 유산균(Lactobacillus plantarum) 및 효모(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)를 배양배지에 배양하여 상기 d)단계를 거친 혼합물에 전체 중량 대비 0.25% 내지 1%로 혼합하는 단계； 및 f) 상기 e) 단계를 거친 혼합물을 밀봉처리하여 5일 이상 혐기발효시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯폐배지를 이용한 가축용 발효조사료 제조방법을 제공한다.
