The present invention relates to goggles including one lens part and a frame part in close contact with a face of a user while surrounding an edge of the lens part so that the goggles can simultaneously protect both eyes of the user. More specifically, the goggles include: a frame rim having an open lever shaft-coupled to both sides of a front edge of the frame part while the lens part is separated from the frame part a lens rim having a latch ring formed at both sides of a rear edge of the lens part to be latched or released by corresponding to the open lever and a lifting unit operated to lift the lens rim from the frame rim by elastic force of a torsion spring in a state that one pair of front and rear rods are shaft-coupled between the frame rim and both sides of the lens rim.
