The diaper sheath further includes a first intermediate strip anda secondintermediate strip set inside each of the first and second intermediatepockets respectively,the first and second intermediate strips each having an anchor portionattached to anattachment ring, and an elongated portion having a loop formed through aslide, the looppassing through the attachment ring and having a continuously adjustablelength selectedby moving the slide to a desired position along the elongated portion.
