Jsou popsány nové 4-aminopiperidinové deriváty obecného vzorce I, ve kterém substituenty a proměnné mají význam uvedený v popisu, a způsoby jejich přípravy v kapalné nebo pevné fázi. Popsáno je také použití uvedených derivátů jako léčiva, jakož i farmaceutické kompozice s obsahem 4-aminopiperidinových derivátů. Nárokované deriváty mají dobrou afinitu k určitým podtypům receptorů somatostatinu.In the present invention, there are described novel 4-aminopiperidine derivatives of the general formula I, in which the substituents and variables have the meaning specified in the invention description, and processes for their preparation in a liquid or solid phase. There is also described the use of the above-indicated derivatives as a medicament, as well as a pharmaceutical compositions containing these 4-aminopiperidine derivatives. The claimed derivatives exhibit good affinity to certain subtypes of somatostatin receptors.
