The transport wheels are mounted on the lateral rotation bars by means of brackets (29). The brackets (29) consist of fixed parts - housings (30) and racks (31) movably mounted in them, on which the axles (32) of transport wheel hubs (33) are mounted. The racks of the transport wheels in the housings (30) are fixed with detachable locking pins (38) installed in aligned openings (34 and 36) of the brackets (29).
