PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair rinse composition without containing silicones, giving a flexible and a moist finish feeling, excellent in use feeling such as hair compatibility, finger passage, etc., and without giving a bad effect to hair dyeability and a style formation such as permanent wave, curly hair, etc.SOLUTION: This hair rinse composition contains the following components (A) to (C), and not containing silicones. (A) A fatty acid amide amine expressed by general formula (1): R1-CONH-(CH2)m-(R2)2 [wherein, R1 is a linear or branched 13-23C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid residue R2 is a 1-3C alkyl and (m) is an integer of 1 to 5]. (B) A higher alcohol having a 14-24C long chain alkyl. (C) A triester of trimellitic acid.
