The present invention relates to a wrist stimulation device. According to the present invention, the wrist stimulation device comprises: a band part； a controller provided on an outer lateral side of the band part and creating controlling signals for controlling a magnetic field generation part based on stimulation setting information input by a user； and the magnetic field generation part provided on an inter lateral side of the band part, generating magnetic field based on the controlling signals, and applying acupressure on a wrist of the user.손목 자극 장치에 관한 것이며, 손목 자극 장치는 밴드부, 상기 밴드부의 외측면에 구비되고, 사용자로부터 입력 받은 자극 설정 정보에 기초하여 자기장 발생부를 제어하기 위한 제어 신호를 생성하는 컨트롤러 및 상기 밴드부의 내측면에 구비되고, 상기 제어 신호에 기초하여 자기장을 발생시키고, 사용자의 손목에 지압을 제공하는 자기장 발생부를 포함할 수 있다.
