PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent which can clean and remove smear on skin or hair due to sebum, make-up cosmetics or the like with a convenient operation without requiring a quantity of surfactant.SOLUTION: A powder emulsified composition prepared by combining inorganic powder which has a large specific surface area and is porous, volatile liquid oil agent and water as a new removal means of oily component such as sebum, can efficiently removes the oily component from skin or hair.
