PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filth bag frame holder at the edge of a cat toilet box, a frame holder that makes filth inside a toilet box to be quickly thrown into a filth housing bag, so that a hermetically sealed state can be maintained with no odor leaking out when the bag opening is closed, by installing a bag opening for housing filth in the peripheral edge or the like of a cat toilet by using a vinyl bag or the like.SOLUTION: An integration (fig. 3) of a clip 7 which is an installation tool for the purpose of installing the holder to the peripheral edge 9 of a cat toilet box, and of a bag aperture opening/closing holding frame body in which a pair of U-shaped frame body (outer frame 1, inner frame 2) composed of an inner frame 2 and a size-larger outer frame 1 can be opened/closed at a shank (5), is attached to peripheral edge of the cat toilet box.【課題】ビニール系袋等を利用して猫トイレ箱周縁部等に、汚物を入れる袋口を設けることで、トイレ箱内の汚物を素早く汚物収納袋に投入することができ、袋口閉止時には臭いが漏出しない密閉状態が保持できる、猫トイレ箱縁立て汚物袋枠体ホルダーの提供。【解決手段】猫トイレ箱周縁部９に取り付けを目的とした取り付け具であるクリップ７と、内枠２と一回り大きい外枠１からなる一対のコ字形状枠体（外枠１、内枠２）が軸部（５）で開閉可能になっている袋口開閉保持枠体とが一体化した（図３）のを、猫トイレ箱周縁部に取り付ける。【選択図】図１
