The present invention comprises a nasal-septum correcting part which is formed projecting from the upper part of the front surface of a mouthpiece, is inserted between a patients upper lip and front teeth, and corrects crookedness of the patients nasal septum. According to the present invention, provided are a mouthpiece for nasal-septum correction and a mouthpiece structure for nasal-septum correction, whereby it is possible not only to correct a patients distorted nasal septum but also to correct the upper jaw and the lower jaw. In addition, the present invention comprises an upper-jaw-correcting part which is formed projecting from the upper part of the rear surface of the mouthpiece and is placed in intimate contact against the gum on the inside of the patients upper teeth, or a lower-jaw-correcting part which is formed projecting from the lower part of the front surface of the mouthpiece and is inserted between the patients lower lip and lower teeth.
