A through-hole is formed on the center of the pressure roll. The supporting part supports the pressure roll. The pressure roll is rotatably installed on the shaft. The shaft is installed at the slider part which can slide up and down. The main body includes a guide guiding the slider part and a fixing part at which the guide is installed.
