PURPOSE: A composition containing a gene and receptor thereof is provided to treating ADPKD(Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease). CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating ADPKD(Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease) contains RAGE(receptor of advanced glycation end product) isolated from a PKD2(polycystic kidney disease 2)-overexpressed mouse. The PKD2-overexpressed mouse is prepared by: inserting mouse PKD2 into pCAGGS plasmid to prepare pCAGGS-PKD2 plasmid protein expression vector； inserting the expression vector into a nucleus of a fertilized egg； and transplanting the fertilized egg into a mouse uterus.
